The Mid-Year Registration Form must be received at IMA no later than Friday, September 12, 2008.\
Requests for refunds and cancellations must be submitted in writing to Stuart Cameron McLeod Society, 10 Paragon Drive, Montvale, NJ 07645-1760 or via email to Stephen Shepard (sshepard@imanet.org) . Cancellation requests received through Friday, September 12th will receive a refund subject to a $25 administrative fee. Requests for refunds received after Friday, September 12th will not be refunded.
IMA is responsible for processing Mid-Year registrations. IMA reserves the right to cancel the midyear meeting if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. IMA is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred. If for any reason you must cancel your mid-year registration, please remember to cancel your hotel arrangements directly with the hotel.
